What language is the tour in?
English, with a local guide who lives in the city. Some tours also run in Mandarin — the tour page lists the languages.
Is the price per person? What's included?
Prices are per person, in US dollars. Each tour page has an Includes and Not included list — entry tickets, meals and transport are spelled out there, so there are no surprises on the day.
I have limited mobility. Can I join?
Each tour page says how far you'll walk and whether there are stairs. If you're unsure, email us before booking — we'll ask the guide and give you a straight answer.
How far ahead should I book?
Booking closes a set time before each tour starts — it's shown on the tour page. For tours that include big museums, book early: those tickets are issued in your passport name and can sell out days ahead.
