Privacy policy
Draft — not the final policy. This page sets out how we intend to handle your data. It is being reviewed by counsel and will be replaced by the final privacy policy before launch.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), nationality, and the names of participants — the minimum needed to run your tour.
What we do with it
We use it to confirm your booking, send your e-voucher, and contact you about your tour. We never sell your data.
If you use Ask a Local, we also keep what you send us — your email, an optional messaging-app contact, your answers and any messages or files you share — so our team can reply. We use it only to answer you, and we never ask for passport numbers or photos. Replies to our emails are processed by our email provider and added to your request.
Your rights
You can export your data or delete your account at any time. EU users are protected by the GDPR.
Retention
We are still finalising how long we keep booking records. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
